I have sooo many pictures to share from Andrew and Melinda’s beautiful wedding day! When I was going through their wedding pictures yesterday, I decided there was just no way I could only do one blog post about their wedding.
I’ve been looking forward to Andrew and Melinda’s wedding day ever since they booked me and especially after I took their engagement pictures earlier this year. Their wedding was one of the most delightful I have shot yet, and I definitely found myself getting teary eyed during their wedding ceremony! They did so much to make my job easy (something which most photographer’s know can’t be taken for granted!), and the day went so smoothly and joyously. I have probably never been with a more calm bride in my life! I loved it.
This wedding had a unique set of challenges. It was noon, 108 degrees outside, and to top it all off most everything here in Texas is dead and ugly right now due to the extreme weather conditions we have had. The entire bridal party was so gracious and followed me around Southwestern Seminary’s campus for the wedding photos (in the heat no less!), because it was the only green area we were going to have to shoot in! The extra effort was well worth it and I can’t thank you all enough.
Andrew and Melinda, I’m incredibly happy for you and the work God is doing in your lives — especially in bringing the two of you together.
