Josh & Jessica | Surprise Engagement | Dallas Arboretum

Yes yes, I am back to shooting again! I’m taking things slow as I get back into the swing of things, but I’m thoroughly enjoying motherhood and figuring out what my new work schedule looks like with a little one around.

I got to start off my return to work by shooting the surprise proposal of a friend! I must admit, I was quite excited to be contacted by Jessica’s mom and boyfriend about shooting her surprise proposal. Jessica is a photographer herself, so we worked up an elaborate story that involved Jess thinking that she was the one shooting a surprise proposal, not actually being proposed to. ;) The surprise on her face when she saw Josh was precious! But I’ll let you see for yourself.

Someone was a little anxious. . .
