Hi, I’m Hope!

This is me:

I am a Wedding and Portrait Photographer based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. I have always been an artist at heart, and I love making beautiful things in many areas of life.

Over the years since I began shooting weddings and portraits, the role photography has taken in my life has changed. In 2010 I got married to Mr. Handsome and started to maintain a home of my own, but still ran my photography business full-time. Then last year (2012) I became a mom, and that all changed! Now that I have Mr. Baby at home during the day, life is busier with new things, and I’m learning a lot along the way. I am still running my photography business, and I view it as an addition to my main job which is now taking care of my family! This blog has become the place where my real-life photographic and homemaking adventures merge. Welcome to my crazy life.
